Advent gathering at the new community center: Lerchenberg shines with Christmas lights

Lerchenberg is kicking off the Christmas season again this year with a cozy Advent gathering. On Monday, December 1, 2025, all residents are cordially invited to attend this festive event at the community center, Hebbelstraße 2, 55127 Mainz, starting at 4:30 p.m.

In addition to hot drinks and sweet and savory treats, there will be small stands to browse and all kinds of beautiful things for the Advent and winter season. As part of the “Living Advent Calendar,” the first Advent window will be lit, and at 5:00 p.m., there will be a contemplative Christmas story and a communal song.

The Advent gathering is the perfect opportunity to meet neighbors, have a good time, and ring in the winter season. Everyone is cordially invited to come by and enjoy the festive atmosphere!

The event is jointly organized by: Johanniter Rheinhessen, MagDas Family Center, LCC, JUCA, local administration, Gemeindeschwester plus, neighborhood management of the Social City in the Office for Youth and Family, and Bürgerhaus GmbH.
