6th Winter Workshop Concert Choir ProCantare

The ProCantare choir invites you to its 6th winter workshop concert. The choir’s anniversary year, which celebrated its 15th birthday with two concerts in the summer, is slowly coming to an end. It has been an exciting year with many special events and it is therefore no coincidence that the motto of the Christmas concert is the song “So it should be, so it can stay”, because “that’s exactly how it is!”. The eponymous song by Ich und Ich is about the search for fulfillment, meaning and human closeness.

These are things that we have felt again and again in the choir this year and we would like to share this happiness of making music together with you all in our concert. There will once again be a colorful mixture to be heard, including Christmas carols and film music, songs from Scotland, Austria and Finland (in Finnish!), songs that tell of farewells and arrivals, texts that are characterized by nonsense and thoughtful texts full of philosophical thoughts, some with piano and some a cappella.

We are sure that there will be something for everyone and are looking forward to a wonderful evening together.
