Family Christmas concert “Dances on the organ”

In a festive atmosphere, well-known works such as Tchaikovsky’s “Nutcracker Suite”, Ravel’s “Bolero”, Fauré’s “Pavane” and waltzes by Johann Strauss, arranged for organ four-handed and four-footed, will be performed. The musical program will be complemented by readings from E. T. A. Hoffmann’s “Nutcracker and Mouse King”, performed by actress Christiane Prätorius. Participants on the organ: Carolin Kaiser, organist and music teacher, works in Mainz in music education, teaching and chamber music and has extensive concert experience.

Raphaël Arnault, an internationally trained organist and church musician, has been Provost Cantor in the Rhine-Main East region since 2024 and regularly gives concerts in Germany and France.
